Mind Tortures the Innocent Body

Laying there lost in sensation,

Heart following music’s pulsation;

Locked in thoughts of uncertainty,

Will it be the same for eternity?

Mind would not rest at all, ever,

The exhausted body sometimes quiver.

All it need is a few hours of sleep!

Does it hear the sensations deep?

Cheers!!

Hammett

  7. Try some deep abdominal breathing lying straight. Will give you a restful sleep. Mind, body and soul!

    Hammett i enjoy reading spontaneos poems but not so much the ones that rhyme! Maybe you cud experiment with a few other techniques as well... just a suggestion :)
