For a quick path to a restful sleep,
And the battle against sleep deprivation,
Take a cup of peppermint tea, for it’s deep
relaxation, if not for just the sensation;
Instead of the usual cup of coffee, black,
I’m getting more used to nightly routine,
Of sipping a cup before hitting the sack;
Usually a cup of peppermint or tea, green.
